Man... you people took all the good puns and jokes... Time to work at Foxconn! That or move to China. Maybe I won't be hurt by any scalping deaths.

[citation][nom]ChinaSucks[/nom]It's freeking China, they do everything the cheapest way possible, this way you get things that go BOOM, just like in Japan. In China work is cheap, people would kill each other to get a job instead of killing their oppressors to be a free country.[/citation]
Because nothing in America goes "boom" right? There were countless accidents from American oil companies that not only killed people, but ruined ecosystems. It happens to everyone not just a certain "race" of people. Turn your computer off and get out more often you blind sheep.

Foxconn has the worst record for exploding there workers. Apple has blood on its hands, it knows about this history of abuse and continues to profit from it. Consumers need to look have a conscience as the greedy corporations don’t.

This just in: Foxconn's anti- suicide nets have been defeated by workers jumping off rooftops holding ipad 2's clutched to their chests.

Good luck, Foxconn parts are in almost all electronics in one way or another. I don't think it's possible to really force Foxconn to do anything since both companies would get hurt in the process and few companies will bleed in order to make another reform.

BP stands for British Petroleum. You know, as in the UK. As in... not in the US. Just wanted to make sure you caught that.

"...and our hearts go out to the victims and their families,' Apple said in a statement"
That's what Apple says about the people who buy their overpriced products.

We should be boycotting Apple products as they are using slave labour to build their products, and under inferior work conditions, and placing the people in untenable accomodation, forcing most of them to work far from their homes and families.

Of course the chinese government are not interested ... they just see the dollar signs ... which is all about their campaign to wage financial war against the rest of the world.

No question that in the dictatorship China "workers" or for that matter human beings are worth almost nothing the pattern there is clear, life is cheap in every way.

Well, while you are boycotting Apple products because of slaving labour, etc.. Just remember.. Foxconn is the world's largest electronics manufactorer..they dabble in everything, and everyone. If it uses power.. You can almost guarentee something in it was made by the slave labour you hate so much. To include products from:
Microsoft, Nokia, Asus, Intel, AMD, Cisco, D-Link, Hewlett-Packard, Dell, Nintendo, Amazon, Nokia, Microsoft, Sony Ericsson Vizio, Acer...

Just to name a few..

You gonna boycott the entire world of electronics now? Grow up. And get new medication. It ain't working obviously.

They weren't killed. They were raptured. Just check the time that it happened, 7PM (Daylight savings, local time, May 21) just as Harold Camping had predicted.

But seriously, I feel badly for the two workers, and my heart goes out to their families.

The news is a bit OUT of date.... a 3rd person has died from injuries.

Keep in mind, there are factory accidents ALL over the world... even in the USA.

Boycott Apple? As stated... FOXCONN makes products for almost every product we use... including Dell, HP, etc.

We want our stuff cheap and in China, labor is VERY Cheap.

Perhaps, the Chinese work force should create a.... UNION. That is why WE had unions created in the 20~30s, because in the USA, our labor was CHEAP.

Here is the stupid thing about the super rich against the middle class. The more people MAKE money, the more richer they will still be. The healthier the country is as a whole.
Stop giving the OIL companies $2billion dollars a year because the $20billion in PROFITS they made last quarter wasn't ENOUGH! Thank you GOP?
