Question Externel keyboard problem

Hello, since changing my laptop's AC adapter the keyboard stopped working properly. For example when i press single time a key like "a" it shows "aaa" it's not a messed up windows settings btw cuz i've formatted my laptop and the problem still exist

This issue is with an external keyboard? Have you tested they keyboard on another computer to make sure it's not the keyboard? What about the built in keyboard?

the keyboard is tested and it's working.
the build in keyboard have some missed buttons xD

Unplug the built in keyboard from the motherboard and see if the external one works.

You can try updating the keyboard driver. To do so, open the device manager in your laptop's windows. Search for the Keyboards option. Then extend the list. After that right-click on the Standard PS/2 keyboard. Then click on the Update driver. When the update finishes. Please check if your keyboard working.
