Facebook account disabled!

Hi everyone
My facebook account has been disabled, I filled in the form and sent my ID but no answer from Facebook!

Now when I try to creat a new account using my phone, it is disabled. I tried this three times and every time facebook disables my new account!

Can anyone explain me the issue and how to solve it?

Facebook is the only one that can fix this.
We out here have no idea why, nor can do anything about it.
