It seems quite clear to me. You have not been barred.

When Facebook has approved your photo they should let you sign in again, so you just need to wait a while and try again.

If you find this annoying all you have to do to avoid it is stop uploading pictures to Facebook

When you see Facebook security messages in future, read them carefully then you will have a better understanding of what they mean instead of you jumping to the wrong conclusions.
