Facebook - cannot send picture in a message

When I try to send an image from my hard drive using FB messaging, the recipient does not rceive it. Also - when I look on my "sent" message I do not see the picture i sentr - i only see a blank square ith three dots/circles inside it. This started happening last year - previously i could send an image ok.

There might be internet problem nothing more just try later it will works for you asusual....
