Factory default reset.

Need help can't do a factory reset on gateway Windows 10 did the f8 it give u the option to delete everything off PC which is done cause it a second hand PC now there nothing I want a factory setting so the apps r on there when u buy it

Look up your specific model and find out how to do a factory reset. If it's used, whoever owned it may have easily wiped out the factory restore partition if there was one. If it had Windows 10 on it already, you can download and create a Windows 10 setup disk and install it using that.
