factory reset acer aspire 4330

trying to do a factory reset on my acer aspire 4330 it originally came with windows vista but was upgraded while in school to windows 7. When i press alt+f10 or just f10 i get a edit boot options

[ /NOEXECUTE=OPTIN
PLEASE HELP
 
OK... IF you can talk to someone @ Acer, they will charge you ~$40 for a factory DVD set. They have some of the worst support around. Or they will charge $400 for a factory rebuild...
 
do you have the Win7 disk?

...and you have no backup image, no factory disks, no OS disks, and ... you want to put it back to Vista..?
