Factory reset my MSI laptop

I'm try to fsctory reset my MSI laptop. It's been stuck on 5% reboot for about an hour. Is there something else I should do?

Hi,

It's not normal for a Factory Reset to get stuck at 5% for an hour. I would like to suggest running the Factory Reset using a Recovery disc because the problem maybe with the built in Factory image in your laptop. You can get the Recovery disc from MSI themselves and run it in your laptop that should work but in some cases that it will still get stuck that means it's a problem with the HDD already.
