Factory reset on partitioned Lenovo laptop.

My Lenovo laptop is partitioned to 3 drives. If I do a factory reset, will this erase data on all partitions or just Drive C (system). Do I need to backup the other drives too?

My Toshiba re-creates all three partitions when doing Factory Recovery, don't know about other brands.

However, unless you have saved any of your files to those other two partitions, there's no need to back them up anyway.
Factory Recovery will either ignore them or re-create the data that's on them.
