Factory Restore without Passwords

I am trying to restore a MacBook Air to factory Settings. When I get to the OSX Recovery screen the option available is to install to the Macintosh HD. The problem is this computer was issued to an employee who entered the password. We do not have access to that information, and he is not with the company any longer and is being uncooperative. Is there any other way to complete the Factory Restore, without the password?
