Failed to power up after putting on sleep

Hi Everyone,

I have a Toshiba satellite C55D A5108 laptop I am running an upgraded Windows 10 pro and everything was working fine after yesterday my battery was critically low and I put it on sleep after that I carry it in my bag. Later that day I try to connect my charger it just show the charging led for like 15 seconds and till now it not charging nor powering up. Is it possible that my motherboard is demage?

Please help I will appreciate. Is urgent.!!!

Unplug, take out the battery. Plug in, put in the battery. Power up...
