Your best is to buy it from a trusted brand instead of throwing money away. Im sure you can find some reasonable prices or sales.

Even if they were real, you should buy something else. Try Sol Republic, good quality for good price. Beats is just crappy quality for crappy price. Clear choice huh?

Beats just kinda... suck. I don't say that about many things, but Beats really do suck for what you pay. Their $300 headphones sound worse than most $50 headphones from somewhat decent brands.

Spotting fake Beats is easier when done in person, than with pictures; the same goes with most counterfeit merch that isn't a blatant knock-off.

But I'm with the other guys on here... If you haven't already bought those, spend your money on a different pair.
