Fallout keeps crashing need fix

I want to play fallout 4 on my toshiba radius laptop and in theory it should run on my computer but for some reason it wont even start up, All it does is when i launch it it starts up for 5 seconds on a black screen then crashes. Can anyone help please

On a side note my system specks are
Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
System Model: Satellite Radius P55W-B5224
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4510U CPU @ 2.00GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.6GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
DirectX Version: 12
Card name: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family

You may run Fallout 4 but in the lower possible settings. 🙁

Try updating Intel's graphics driver as well that may just help as well.

Here's a supposed fix for running Fallout 4 using the Intel HD 4400. I personally have not tried it myself. From comments I've read of people who were actually able to get the game running on a HD 4400, the performance is sluggish running between 15 FPS - 25 FPS at 1280 x 720 resolution.
