Well, the games on that one are a little more interesting than your
typical FC multi.

That Harry Potter game is a pirate original, not too bad. There's a
couple different "Pokemon" games that float around on these, I'd
imagine this one is either a sprite-hack of Tom & Jerry or of Felix
the Cat. "Mario 16" is a sprite hack of Kaiketsu Yanchmaru 3 (which
would have been Kid Niki 3 had it came out here).

So yeah, I wouldn't pay a whole lot for it since these pirates just
generally aren't worth much...but at least it has some unique titles
instead of the usual collection of spotty first-gen FC games.

They just don't seem to be your run of the mill games for a Famicom
multicart.
