Far cry 3..bad FPS..help??!

Hello! So i got Far Cry 3 last night on my Estar windows 8.1 tablet and i played it..10-16fps lowest settings and 800x600 but i want to gain more FPS.
How i can change resolution to 640x480 or 240x300 ..well you might have a question..who the hell want to play on that low resolution. Well i want becouse i want 30-60fps.
And i want no shadows,motion blur and HDR. How do i do it

In C:\Users\yourname\Documents\My Games\Far Cry 3 is a file called GamerProfile.xml open this up with a simple text editor and you can change whatever you want.

What do i need to change in GamerProfile.xml?
I want to gain max performance.
Considering it is tablet it won't be super fast 😀 it isn't mean for gaming

that you can find,everything else I believe you can change in the settings.
