Fastest laptop under 800

Hi. I'm looking for a really fast laptop for college. I've heard the gaming laptops are good for that but are really expensive. I would like something with a really fast processor .ssd my limit is around under 800. No lagging. I'm using it to watch movies, surf the Web alot and other stuff. I don't care about size as well. Please help .thanks.
