Faulty graphic card

I recently bought a HP ProBook 4421s
i tried to play Some games like CSGO with that laptop, but when i play it the laptop started freeze then the screen brightness is very low, there is something that says "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered", i restarted my laptop but then there is no display, but i still can
boot into safe mode using external monitor, and then i found out that my graphic card is not detected, i tried to reinstall the driver but there is no change, can somebody help me?

If the device is that new, and you bought it new, contact the manufacturer as it should still be under warranty.
