Hello~:bounce:

I want to make a controller circuit for my cooling fan. After the working hard ,I find a circuit based on CA3140 is ideal to control my fan with power amplifier. I need to emphasis that it’s my first to do a circuit by myself. I have no any experience. So hoping you kindly give me some help.

According to the datasheet of CA3140 and its diagram,CA3140 is the 4.5MHz BiMOS Operational Amplifier with MOSFET inputs and Bipolar output. This Op Amp combines the advantage of PMOS transistors and high voltage bipolar transistors. it operates at supply voltage from 4V to 36V . Not only can it be used in ground-referenced single supply amplifiers in automobile and portable instrumentation but also sample and hold amplifiers and so on.

However,I met some troubles:
Can you please tell me where to implement this project on bread board or pcb?
Thanks.

Since the data sheet your link to doesn't mention that the chip is used for fan control I think it would make more sense to search for a fan control chip
https://www.maximintegrated.com/en/products/analog/sensors-and-sensor-interface/temperature-sensor-ics/fan-controller-ics.html

That way there will be specific schematics or even a sample board you could buy.
