Find friends on skype. How?

I am trying ti find a friend on skype but i cant. I search his name but the results are limited. It's show me only 15 people with this name and it dont allow me to scroll down so i can see more people with this name.
I try the app on windows 10, the browser version of skype and the skype on my android phone.
The results are limited in all apps.
How can i find him now and why the results are limited to 15 people?

If your friend has registered on Skype with user name of TheSmartThere@gmail.com, and has named him/herself "That's me, fool" - how you are supposed to find him?

Contact your friend, and ask him/her for SKype name.
