I need to find try to find out my old contacts from my old phone my Facebook information

Unless you have written them down somewhere, saved them to your google account, saved them to a computer file, or you still have the old phone (and it can be turned on/accessed) there really is no way to get them back.

You could see if your service provider has online account access, and through that you could get the numbers to most places you have called or texted recently (if they have that option).
