Finding a laptop builder website or customizable laptop

I am looking to buy an I5 7200u or better processor on a laptop. It must be a laptop that is also customizable. I do not wish for it to have a GPU as that is not needed for what I would like to use the laptop for. Preferably 15.6"

The other option would be that I would like to have a really good laptop building website that I could use to adjust all the hardware of a laptop that I would like to make.

Laptops are not desktops, for the most part they are not customizable.

They may sell you one with GPU#1 or GPU#2 and that's it. 4-8-16 RAM, HD or SSD etc. CPU, WIFI, USB ports are all often soldered on. Often no expansion slots.

Alright thanks, I have been looking around and didn't know if there was any reliable, non-soldered laptops that were available. I appreciate the quick response it was very helpful!
