Finding parts on sale

I'm building a gaming PC, but I want to buy everything for as cheap as possible. Is there a website or program that can notify me when a specific part goes on sale for a significant amount?

Pcpartpicker has that feature. It can send you an alert when a part hits a certain price or lower.

The price is not always the only deciding factor. Check return / warranty policy when buying, some time there is really good reason for "really good deals".
