Many times on YouTube when I watch videos on my iPad it gets buffered but doesn't get started. What should I do for it?

That means the wifi connectivity is bad

Use a wired connection where possible, that's the only type of connection with which you can get anything like the bandwidth you should be getting without dropped connections.
