Firefox - active logins / cookies doesnt work

I have firefox quantum latest version, when I choose "use custom history settings" and untick the "active logins" but tick the "cookies" when I close firefox it removed every single my active logins in websites, I want to keep my logins active but delete the cookies seperately from my disk, is this possible? since this two options are seperate under firefox history settings, I thought.....now if you excuse me I have to log in back every single site I used!!!!

well I tried cookies exception feature on firefox and that thing worked on some websites while many others still asking for my password and username. This is one of the reasons why most people uses google chrome instead
