First Time Installation Every Time I Turn On TV

Hi gang,


Firstly I am not sure if this is the correct section, I apologize if not. I have a 40" Technika TV (Not certain on the model, but could find out if needs be) every time I turn on the TV I am greeted to a first time installation menu which cannot be avoided and will then scan for both analogue and digital channels. I originally assumed this was because the tv was being turned off at the wall each night, so I changed the socket the tv was plugged into but still the problem remains, I have tried factory resets and all sorts of fixes online which haven't worked. Any ideas on how to fix this or why this is happening?

I have seen some TVs where if you do not go through the entire set up without skipping any settings it will repeat. If this is not the case then there is probably a setting in the service menu that will turn this feature off. Check with Technika or a local authorized service agent if they have one.
