First time setup with Windows 8.1 as included software - what to expect?

Solution
Ha...OK.
That was taking me to a different link...Amazon.com, not Amazon.co.uk.

I see it now.

Anyway, it would presumably be on a DVD. The OS gets installed on the hard drive, not the 'motherboard'.

Although...I must say that seems a bit too cheap to me.
£72.91, for the motherboard AND a £70+ OS (Win 8.1 Pro)? hmmm....

Where does it say Windows 8.1 is included?
I see that nowhere in the description.

Under technical details if you scroll down it says "Software Included Windows 8.1 Pro x64"

If you look at the amazon Q&A section someone asked if it came with Windows 8.1 and 5 people said "no it does not".

It frankly makes no sense why a Motherboard would come with a copy of Windows. I suspect the seller means it supports Windows 8.1, which it does, no that it comes with a copy of Windows 8.1.

Also the price would be double it's listed amount if a copy of Windows was included from a legit source.
