fix hard drive failure for HP laptop,Is it necessary for me to replace it

my HP laptop takes time to load and i ran tests and it said the problem was the hard drive =

How did you test your Hard drive?

A dying HDD is dangerous, you can't tell when its gonna die out. Better do a backup and replace the HDD ASAP.

switched it off then on esc every 1 second until a menu popped up and i selected F2 then i ran the tests
