fix vertical lines on laptop screen

I tried almost everything to get rid of the lines but they are so stubborn that they don't wanna go off my screen. But when a take a screenshot the line doesn't appear in the picture. What does this means? Please suggest me a solution quickly which I can do it at home.

Impossible to tell without a photo of the issue, but sounds like screen failure, which would require replacement

what basroil, is correct. it your screen, or the connector to the screen.
