Flash problem in Firefox

Hello, I have a problem with flash that I can't fix.

First my specs:

CPU: Intel Pentium 4 3.06 Ghz

GPU: ATi Radeon HD 5450

RAM: 2Gb

OS: Windows 7

If there is any more info necessary, please ask.

On Chrome using (integrated) flash, Youtube works fine, but in Firefox using newest flash (downloaded today) when playing video it makes kinda annoying sound shutter sound, like it's lagging, but actually it's not. It's a bit hard to explain, but I hope you'll understand, however if I watch video in full-screen, it plays fine, without any sound buggs.

I have tried diffirent versions of flash, nothing works, btw yesterday I reformated my HDD and reinstalled Windows 7, and same thing was happeining on previous Windows as well.

Edit: If I press right-click on video - > show info about video then on windowed it's - software video rendering, accelerated video decoding, but on full-screen it's - accelerated video rendering, accelerated video decoding. If that helps.

In Firefox, Tools > Options > Advanced. Uncheck "Use hardware acceleration when available".

See if that works.

That did not fix the problem and the video is still in software video rendering on windowed mode.
