Flashlight not working

Tonight the flash light on my Vodafone Ultra Smart 6 stopped working. This means the flash on the camera and the 'flashlight app' no longer work. I have not dropped it and it has not been liquid damaged. I have tried a restart which did not sort the problem. I think it maybe a hardware issue. Can this be fixed? If the LED of the flashlight has blown or gone faulty can it be replaced without replacing the whole board?

Almost anything "can" be fixed, but that phone new is cheap; you are probably better off just replacing the phone rather than paying someone to fix it.
