Flickering screen continues after reset

I have a brand new ZTE Max xl and the screen is flickering. I won't even be touching the screen and it will randomly open apps and screen will flicker side to side. I have factory reset it multiple times.

If it is brand new and doing this. Take it back. No new device should give you problems.
