Forgot fb password & my contact no. and gmail account also deviated from fb. How to log in

Few day back I was deleted my fb app. Today I am trying to login but I forgot fb password. When I'm go to forgot password option fb shows other account which was made by me in past by mistake . And my original permanent account is not opening.
My friend is saying that my Gmail account and mobile no. have removed from your account and you can't login this account anymore.

Please help me how can I get back my account login?
Is there any option like Id verification or help by friend?
