Hi,

If it is your BIOS pass, then the only thing to deleted is put out the battery inside for some minute and replace it.
Then the BIOS pass should be deleted.

I know a website http://www.reset-windows-password.com/how-to-reset-windows-password.html there are a lot of softwares on it, you can download one to reset or remove your windows password. it is compatible with Windows 7.
