forgot password for folder lock 7.5

i have forgotten the folderlock password and im using windows 8.1 folder lock version 7.5 please help me how to retrieve back my files.i have totally forgotten my password and cant remember at all. i need my files please help

Toms' has a policy of not helping with any password problems as we can't confirm that this is your computer. It could be a work computer, school computer, spouse, etc, so the general policy is "remember you passwords".

No help here.
