Forgot username and password

I forgot my google account username and password please help me

select I forgot my username.

thing is you had to setup another email or phone number associated with the account as this is where it will send your username to. then you can do I forgot my password when you know your user name. if you didn't set this info then your going to be out of luck. This is all the help we really can give you according to forum rules. your pretty much going to have to deal with google to get into your account
