It is an acer aspire 5552. The battery light blinks briefly and that's only if it's plugged in. It has no hard drive. Anything else I don't know

It's a 6 year old low end laptop with unknown problems.
Any $325 laptop you would buy today would crush it for performance, and be cheaper.

6 years old if its the NEWEST design. given it has Athlon II and 1st Gen i3 options, its likely to be more like 9 years old.
