Question FPS Capped at 60

Laptop I have, can play Black Desert Online just fine with high settings, but even with the lowest settings my FPS is still capped at 60, I've turned off VSync and it didnt change anything

disable vsync in the nvidia driver tool and set the ingame setting to full screen (not windowed)

Appreciate the answer, followed that video and did the win10 fix, missing GameDVR_FSEBehavior"=dword:00000002
but did the others, still capped at 60, which is wierd cause other games go to 100+
