fraps wont record...

ive already googled it, nothing helped... changed version, reinstalled, all that stuff. its just when im playing a game and i push F9, it doesnt record. the counter doesnt turn red, it doesnt record anything. help please. using paid fraps version 3.4.7

Double check what key is hotkeyed to start/stop recording and check your harddrive, it may be recording, just not in the folder you think it is.

How did you fix it? I'm having the same trouble and I can't figure out what's the problem. Everyone always says nvm I fixed it. HOW?!

well, i was using it to record with cheat engine 6.2, but it wouldnt work, so i turned off cheat engine and it did
