As in sites that you can re-post what they put on? Doubt you will find any. I'm sure many news sites will allow you to link to their content though. CNN, MSNBC, etc...

Also, in case YOU are the one who wants to post a release: it is better to target your releases to a specific audience, and they will be better received if they come directly from you, the source.
