Freez in all windows

My laptop: HP 15 ba025au

My laptop keeps freezing in windows 7 or 10 .


How can I fix it?????????????????????

1| Make sure your laptop is on the latest BIOS update.
2| Where did you source the installers for your OSes?
3| Your laptop has support for Windows 10 only.

I'd advise in updating the BIOS to the latest version after you've reinstalled Windows 10 after recreating your installer using Windows Media Creation Tools.

My laptop have latest bios from HP.com
I have installed win 10 from microsoft.com

Now what should I DO???
