So, I am running a Toshiba M300 series laptop
Windows Vista Home Premium 2.00Ghz 3.00GBRAM
I can't seem to start up in anything but safe mode without it freezing up.
I've tried disk checks, clean boots, system restore, CCleaner, virus scans and diagnostics of all kinds. I'm not sure what else it could be. When I start up normally, everything seems fine until the desktop shows up and it just completely stops. Only the mouse can move whilst even hovering over icons does nothing. Can't click the start button, ctrl+Alt+Del does nothing and I have no other option but to Force Shut Down...
Even with a clean boot and nothing running this still happens. I have even tried to restore to factory settings but the problem persists. Please help.
(I don't have a windows disk anymore nor can I afford one at the moment)
