Freezing PC won't power up to desktop

So after my PC diagnoses itself I get options like restart, refresh or reset or continue to windows I've tried all the options but PC won't power up to desktop along the way it just freezes. What could be the problem and possible solution. Thanks

Make and model of your laptop(since you posted in the laptop section)?

If it's a desktop we;re dealing with, list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS: Assuming Windows 10 but it could also be Windows 8/8.1

If you don't have any important content on the installation directory, you can try and reinstall your OS. Seems like the installation drive is corrupt after (possibly) an update.
