Freezing problem with Gigabyte W576V

Hello,
My notebook is freezing at any time it wants, it isnot always at same point. I try RAM test, and it is ok, also tried Win Xp, Win 7 64bit, and Win 7 32bit and the problem exist . Can u help me

i can only fix this with pressing Power button.
