G751JT or GL552VW gaming laptop?

I would need a laptop for university and gaming and I am interested if 970M is worth the price.
I'm good with playing on low and with less Fps but could the 960M last until the end of my studies(4-6 years)?
G751JT:

GTX 970M 3GB
1000 GB 7200RPM
approximately 1330$


GL552VW:
Intel core i7-6700HQ
15.6" FULL HD (1920x1080)
16GB DDR4 2133MHz
GTX 960M 4GB
1000 GB SATA 7200rpm + 256 GB SSD
approximately 1130$

Would it worth that 200$?
I know that the 970M is nearly twice as powerful but it also costs more and the other laptop have better components.

4-6 years is very demanding in my opinion. I mean you probably could play games in it in 4 years time but probably not the new games which will come out in the future as 960m isnt the strongest GPU. Im sure you will be able to play games like CS GO and stuff like that though then. For now its a decent GPU. 970m would be a better option. U can always upgrade the ram if you need to (but check if it is possible on that laptop)

I'm thinking about an egpu for more demanding games but i'm not sure if the laptop would support it.

Ill have a look into it later and try to find out. I think it needs to have a USB type C or a thunderbolt port (Im not really sure though)

If thats the case, I would go for the second option if it has the ports needed for an EGPU
