G933 surround sound problem

Hello, i'm currently using my Logitech G933 and i have a problem with surround sound when i'm gaming. I can't hear sound coming from directly behind me and when im playing games right now i have problems determing sounds where they come from overall. For example when im playing arma i can't even hear sound straight infront of me. The games i have this problem with is CS:GO, ARMA3, DayZ Im not using the built in surround system in the logitech software, but if i do it doesn't help.
