Question Galaxy core prime sd card

I know the core prime is old but i bought a 64gb san disk sd card about a month ago from amazon and it worked for for about a week or 2. Then my phone will restart after opening an app on my sd card and then none of the apps open. It says app isnt installed. Then i turn off the phone completely and turn it back on and it works again. What do i do to stop this.
