Hi every body..
I am having the same problem too. I don't have backup on my data and my screen got black and won't open they told me my internal memory is damaged 🙁 Idk what to do any help or advice ??

Sorry, but if the internal storage is toast so is the phone and data. If its just the ram then the phone is dead but it maybe possible for a data recovery center to get the data but it will most likely be expensive.
