Galaxy s2 is dead!

HI GUYS..
I have a galaxy s2 and im using it since 2 years without any problems.. yesterday, it got hanged and did not start up. it happened a while ago.. but it started when i plugged in the cgarger. but not this time. there is no display.
I showed it to a repair guy.. he said that the boot loader is not working. and he can not repair it.
please help..

He's probably right because if its broken there is no repair
