galaxy s3 stuck

my samsung galaxy s3 is stuck on reboot screen and it keeps showing it again and again
it does not enter recovery mood not even download mood is working
how can i fix this please help

Have you tried pulling the battery to force a hard restart to see if it will recover?

Also, have you contacted your wireless carrier for support? Is the phone still under warranty?
