I was hoping for a really light weight Touchwiz, almost like Motorola or Sony's stuff. Nobody knows yet, but I hope that's the case.

Opening up the Dialer on Note3 often times takes couple seconds where it should be instant with such powerful hardware Snapdragon 800.

I totally agree! this insane, utopian notion that we can depend on the cloud is ludicrous! The greater majority of the time, i can't even get web pages to load without constantly hitting reload as it would only partially load or would time out completely. And with all the uncertainty looming around net neutrality and the ISPs urge to gouge us more makes the premise of depending on the cloud dubious to say the least.
